Your personal data from recorded telephone calls is processed for the following purposes: ensuring the highest standards of service and the proper course of telephone conversations recorded as audio — based on voluntary consent to call recording: consent is given by not hanging up while listening to the welcome message and waiting to be connected (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you do not consent to recording, you should end the call; for evidentiary purposes related to customer service, including confirming orders and instructions given by telephone and documenting telephone customer service (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); enabling the establishment, exercise and defence of claims related to telephone customer service (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); limiting the possibility of breaches of applicable law or social norms by persons making or receiving such calls (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Call monitoring covers incoming and outgoing calls preceded by information that recording is in progress.
Recorded personal data will be processed for three months from the date of recording. Where recordings of a telephone call constitute evidence in proceedings (e.g. court proceedings), the above period is extended until the proceedings are finally concluded.

To the extent that consent is the basis for processing your personal data, you have the right to withdraw it. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
